How well do you know Illya?

We had fought Illya. Yourself and I. Though at the end of the War, we had decided to go to her home in an effort to form an alliance. She was killed by Gilgamesh before we had a chance to speak.

[ So...she knows very little. ]

Illya's my sister. We weren't related by blood, but she still treated me like a family member.

Why did he have to kill her?

[Damn it, Gilgamesh. Shirou's more upset than angry.]

[ Why must these things be so difficult? Everyone has a piece of the story, and none of it makes sense without putting them altogether. ]

Irisviel von Einzbern was Kiritsugu Emiya's wife. [ She speaks slowly and clearly, not wanting Shirou to misunderstand. But that piece of information should mean the world to him. ]

If I ever get the chance to see Irisviel, I'll have to thank her. [He still kind of wants to thank her tbh...maybe some day. That's wishful thinking on his part.]
